Refund policy
RIGHT OF REVOCATION
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LOURI ART, Günter Jenne, Zum Engelberg 6a, 79249 Merzhausen, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, e.g. by post or e-mail (shop@louri.art).
CONSEQUENCES OF THE REVOCATION
If you withdraw from a purchase, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately upon receipt of the delivered goods.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase for the return shipment. Please enclose this with the goods to be returned.
We will only take back unused and undamaged items that are in the same condition in which you received them. We cannot accept returns of items with obvious signs of use and items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts that are not due to our fault.
If your order arrives damaged, please email shop@louri.art with a photo of the damaged item as soon as you receive it and we will either reship or refund it.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
After we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned items. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We cannot provide refunds for items that have arrived damaged or have been lost. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method after a few days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is credited to your account.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Refunds can only be made for regular priced items, promotional items are unfortunately excluded from refunds.
GIFTS (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the purchase upon return.
As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive the voucher by e-mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent to the gift giver, the refund will be made to the gift giver and they will be informed of the return.
EXCHANGE (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at shop@louri.art - along with photos showing the damage.
Do not return the item to the manufacturer, but to the address at the bottom of this page. The return shipping costs are your responsibility and cannot be refunded.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your country of residence.
RETURNS
Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged and cannot be damaged in transit. It is best to use the original packaging.
The return shipping costs are to be borne by you and cannot be refunded.
We cannot refund for items that arrive damaged or are lost. You should therefore consider using a trackable shipping service that includes shipping insurance for at least the value of the item.
